Help

Your account

Create your account, confirm your email, sign in, and keep track of where you're signed in.

Your account at app.alodai.com is how you sign in and reach the platforms you belong to.

Create your account

Go to app.alodai.com and choose Create an account. Enter your name, your email address and a password of at least 8 characters, and accept the Terms and the Privacy Policy. You don't need an invitation or a code.

Confirm your email

We send a confirmation link to your email address. Open it within 24 hours.

Until you confirm, you can sign in, but your list of platforms stays hidden. If the email doesn't arrive or the link has expired, sign in and choose Send it again on the banner at the top of the page.

Sign in at app.alodai.com with your email and password. Tick Keep me signed in to stay signed in on that device for longer.

Reset your password

On the sign-in page, choose Forgot your password? and enter your email address. If there is an account for it, we send a reset link. The link works once and expires after an hour.

Setting a new password signs you out on every device, so sign in again with the new one.

See where you're signed in

Open Security in your account. Sessions lists each device where you're signed in, with its browser, its approximate location and when it was last active. Choose Sign out next to any session you don't recognise.

Changing your password also signs you out on your other devices.

Change your details

In your account you can change your name, your language, your password and your email address. A new email address takes effect once you open the link we send to it.

You can also delete your account. You'll be asked for your password. The accounts you hold on individual platforms are unlinked, not deleted.

Open your platforms

When you confirm your email, we link the platforms where you already have an account with that address. They're listed on your Your platforms page. Choose Open to go straight to one, already signed in, in a new tab.
